LED Lamp, light-emitting diode, is a solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into visible light, which can directly convert electricity into light. The heart of an LED is a semiconductor wafer with one end attached to a bracket, one end is the negative pole, and the other end is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, so that the entire wafer is encapsulated by epoxy resin.
Semiconductor wafers are made of high purity crystalline silicon or other semiconductor materials such as gallium arsenide or silicon carbide, which are carefully processed into thin discs to provide the base for electronic components. The electrical characteristics and application areas of a wafer are fundamentally defined by its constituent material.
